Summer is synonymous with Mangoes. Well at least it is to me and I’m sure almost every Indian will relate cause aah we have so many mangoes. I have been eating mangoes non-stop and am finding new ways to include them in my diet.
This is like super duper easy, I made it dairy free. You can use any milk and any fruit you like. This is perfect as a breakfast or a snack, aand, it is super delicious.
Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Cashew milk
1 tsp sugar (add more if you like)
Fresh mangoes cut into cubes
Method:
Make your chia pudding at least 3 hours before, or it’s best to prepare it over-night. Mix the chia seeds, sugar and milk in a container. Stir well and refrigerate.
To serve: Layer up chia pudding and mangoes in a glass and serve cold.
Top with favourite toppings.
