In a medium sized bowl, whip your room temperature butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes.
Now add the yoghurt and vanilla, whisk really well until incorporated.
Sift your flour, ground cinnamon and baking soda into the butter mixture. Then add the oats. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Halfway through the mixing add the raisins and chocolate chips.
Mix until the cookie dough comes together, do not overmix.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Using an icecream scoop, portion out the cookie dough on to the sheet.
Let the dough sit on the counter for around 5-10 minutes while your oven preheats to 170 C.
Bake your cookies for anywhere between 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your cookie. Baking time also effects texture.
Once baked, let the cookies cool on the tray and devour!
